we got the keys

to our house on friday!  i'm having fun envisioning what each room will look like when all of our projects are finished.  let me tell ya, it will NOT look like these pictures...

we went over there this afternoon and started stripping wallpaper.  it's actually not too bad. i kind of like it. kind of similar to how i like peeling people's skin when they're sunburnt. i know, disgusting right!  the bigelow's came over for a welcome to auburn pizza dinner, or should i say picnic, on our living room floor.  the girls had fun running around in the wide open space.  yay for our new place!
