Hilton Head

We were lucky enough to take a vacation to Hilton Head again this year, this time with my family! We just love it there so much. It's so relaxing and there is something for everyone...pool, beach(an amazingly beautiful one!), fishing, cute shops, yummy restaurants, and bikes. We drove down and it went surprisingly well.

We split it into two days and the kiddos were troopers. (however, Hudson was done with the car seat after that!). It was such a nice little break, and I was thankful for extra hands. Reese LOVED swimming! She was jumping in the pool constantly, which made for excellent naps as well:). 

She even ended up playing in the sand!

Hudson was so laid back, the ocean air and sounds instantly put him to sleep when we walked outside.

Adam was able to go shark fishing! They caught some mackerel and even a five foot shark, who got a little taste of their first mate's finger.

We went on some bike rides...

especially to our favorite ice cream and sandwich shop...

Harbour town was one of our favorite spots for shopping and dining...

What a wonderful way to celebrate my 30th, that is, if leaving your twenties is something worth celebrating:)!

P.S....The trip ended with Hudson learning how to roll from his belly to his back!
